Charged my credit card without authorisation $39.99

I have been charged $39.99 US from a company called VIP TUNE LIMASSOL. At the time of the charge I was holidaying on the Gold Coast QLD Australia. I have contacted my bank within the 60 day period and they are currently investigating. They tell me this is a music instrument store?
