This is a makeup training center based in New Jersey, but claims to hold classes nationwide. They book prospective students, advertise the location of the class, and then no-show. They have also double and triple charged student credit cards. Their refund policy says NO refunds if you cancel, and they define it very narrowly.
Basically, if you decide not to take the class for any reason - even if they no-show or cancel - you don't get your money back. They've already lost one merchant account, maybe more, due to too many chargebacks. This blog is a great summary of the scam..
Buyer beware! Do not put your money with this school. There are much better options, that are both qualified and legit!
