I've been an employee for years now and I'm a witness to the constant lies being told to customers and employees. First, there is a winner to these promotions that is hand picked by the owner. They are called at the end of the promotion to get their prize. The contests are only over when the owner has made his quota, even if we harrass the same people for years.

Secondly, there have been problems in payroll for the past year. You can only cash your check on Mondays or Tuesdays. If you don't your check will bounce. You work all week telling lies for them and when it comes time to get paid, you can't! All you get for your troubles is an apology from the manager. The owner may be a good guy, but he's having money problems that are affecting everyone who is employed there. Most of his responsibilities as the owner have been taken away by the powers that be due to the lack of funds in the company.

Thirdly, the telemarketing room sucks!!! They have a manager that says she has the experience to run the room, but it remains to seen. She's been working there for a little over 2 years and has not proved herself as a manager. She's does not take the time to train new employees on the job, she lazy and needs to grow a set of balls!!!
