Charged my bank account twice, $70 each time, when I only order a 4.95 product Ripoff San FransicoSan Fransicso

I ordered a free trial guide to learn spanish and was told I only pay for shipping and handling. I thought I was only paying $4.95 for shipping, however my bank acct. Has been debited twice in the last week for $70 each time!!!
