I ordered the Ultimate Wealth Package (UWP) on the 8th Of July. Looks real good until you join for the one price of 49.95 and then find out you need to buy bunches of other programs to go with it. I purchased two other packages for $170.
Next day, I tried to get started and it is so complex and so much stuff, i was lost, so I contact customer support, which must be located in Mexico. It was horrible. I called four different times and tried to speak to someone. No one spoke clear English and they could not understand half of what I said, Plus the connection was really BAD!
After that, i decided to cancel it all. Got the usual run-a-round. Got refunds back for two packages, minus 21.95 for a service provided. I have still, after numerous emails, gotten my original $49.95 back from UWP
My opinion of this program is lower than low. Don't buy it. It is a complete rip-off. I am still pissed off over the whole thing and have told them if i don't get my money back I will file with the BBB.
Wow, was I stupid to fall for this in the first place. Never again.
