I've purchased a concert ticket at the ticketmaster.com about an year ago. I was shown a page about entertainment rewards, and I was required to write down my address, name, email, but not my credit information. I wasn't notified that I will need to make charges every monthes or even I will have to pay a single penny to them. I was a foreign student and was using my father's credit card. Therefore I had no idea that $9.00 was charged every single month. I came back to my country, and finally I noticed that something was wrong because even though I was in my country, $9.00 was charged from the United States. I called my credit card company, and they said it was charged by 'ENT*ENTERTAINMNTRE'. Now, I blocked any charges from other countries, so they can't rip my money off. I do not know what to do right now to get my money back. Card company is saying that I need to contact entertainment rewards and tell them to give my money back.
