The following individuals are frauds. They have commited numbers of criminal acts including Economic Espionage, Fraud, and Civil Theft. I was the CEO of a company with multiple investment opportunities, we chose Phoenix Capital because of the independant nature of the company. We had another investment broker check them out and they seemed to have legitimate resources. They signed a contract and it has been nearly 6 months with no funding. We are now pursuing civil and criminal action against these individuals. If you have information about these individuals do not hesitate to email or post on this site.
In 1996 Clinton signed into law the Economic Espionage Act of 1996 which was a direct result of "investment companies" stealing by fraud intellectual property.
They chose Phoenix Capital as their name to confuse themselves purposefully with Phoenix Capital out of Arizona which actually has a legitimate business.
I have recored conversations, letters, their corporate documents, our contract and addendum. Thousands of documents related to their fraud!
They said homeland security held the funding, the money was tied up in Gold sitting in a warehouse in Utah, another deal in Switzerland was going to deliver the funding, and multiple other blatunt lies.
They stalled in an attempt to destroy the company and over 100 families were adversely affected.
There are other deals out there with others in this situation... I want a class action lawsuit and I want these guys to pay for what they have done to so many...

Kelly Jones - His company Crosslink Mineral LLC is fraudulent!!! He is supposed to be the principal agent for Phoenix. And for those of you looking for this bastard here is his company registration information:

This is a company that is collecting proprietary information and intellectual property in an attempt to use it as a asset of the investment company. Robert Driscoll, Robert E Russell and Kelly Jones are FRAUDS.

Their company is not located at this address in Santa Monica!!! They have a place in Palmdale that appears to be a warehouse... Anyone ever been to Palmdale? It is the toilet of California... These guys need to be put in jail and the more information we receive the easier it will be to make sure they go to prison for a long long time!!!
