Bluestar Direct has taken funds from my bank account and it was not authorized. There was a customer service number on the "check", but I do not have an address or any other contact information. The phone number that I call is only a recording and I have yet to speak to a real person. How do you get money back from a company you can not contact? This "company" has an account with Bank of America, because that is what is on the back of the "check" endorsement area.
Can anyone offer information on how to get my money back and how to stop future actions from Bluestar Direct? I googled this company and when you get to their website, naturally it says there is an error. What can be done about this?
