Billed for subsription for Every Day With Rachael Ray but never ordered ripoff

I was sent a bill for an annual subscription to Every Day With Rachael Ray, but I never ordered this magazine.

When the first statement came, I wrote "Cancel - Never Ordered" and mailed it back. I am still getting statements showing a balance due.
