Unsolicited Magazine Subsription followed by a bill!

I recieved a magazine in the mail, Everyday with Rachael Ray, I never ordered the magazine. Nor would I ever order the magazine, I don't spend my hard earned dollars on magazine subscriptions! The next day I recieved a BILL in the mail saying that I owed them $15.00 for a subscription I never ordered. A phone number was nowhere to be found on the bill.instead, I've spent my Saturday night on the Consumer Affairs web site and the Ripoff website reading about the hundreds of other innocent people who've been victims of this companies ridiculous antics! The phone number to contact these loosers is 800-304-2807 or 800-334-9599. You also better get it writing because from what I've read from other complaints they continue to send threatning letters, magazines, books, etc...!
