I tried for a few days to call the 888-451-7888 to speak with a representative to cancel. Either on hold forever or after automate message I was getting disconnected and had to keep calling back.
Finally I gave up and returned both tubes of cream (1 used) and the eye serum in seperate packages as stated to the 8500 Higuera St address in Culver City, CA.in the meantime Hydroderm billed me the additionally $47. & $49.
I tried calling again and got no where so I went online and cancelled both and printed the return id information assigned to my items. I insured both packages during shipping.
