I ordered a sample (free trial) of their Eye Serum product. I did nothing for me (waste of money) so I returned it.
I jumped through all of their hoops and did everything that they asked. I was instructed to get an RMA#; I got the RMA#. I was told to return it before a certain date; I returned it well in advance of that date.
So our business is completed... Right? Not so.
Three weeks after I returned the unused portion of the sample (as instructed) I got a charge on my debit card for $47. This just happened to be 2 days before payday and it caused an overdraft. I live on a tight budget and can't have an additional $47 showing up without notice.
After getting nowhere with the customer dis-service representative and spending almost 20 minutes on hold for a supervisor I was basically told to deal with it. They claimed they didn't receive the return and without proof that I mailed it (here is my one fatal flaw - I used the postage meter and work and got no receipt) they would not refund the money.
They were rude, arrogant and (anyone have a p.C. Word for b*y?)... I think it was the arrogance that bothered me the most. They have my money - what do they care if I'm upset and overdrawn.
Please beware of this company. Their products are worthless, their service is terrible and they are ripping people off.
