I purchased a package deal from these people. Although I was given a user name and password, I cannot enter their site. They provide no way to contact them. Their "lost password" link does not work. Their "webmaster" link consists of a list of companies and corporations.
Also, they cannot be contacted by phone on weekends. If they seriously wanted to make money, if they were honest and reputable, they wouldn't be hiding from anyone.
