Misleading advertising, Outright Lying, Complete Scam Artists. Theives. Kansas City, Others?

I payed Proshoppers some thirty odd dollars after reading an add they placed in the paper; the man on the phone claimed it was an "investment." I knew it might be a ripoff when I did it, but I figured, "why not take a chance?"

Well, about a week after paying them, they started putting two weekly charges for twenty to thirty dollars on my bank account. I called and asked them why; they said it was for "web services."

I asked them to cease billing me, they said they would. I asked for a refund, they denied me. The next day, my account was billed again.
