Didn't pay $10 rebate, didn't reply multiple emails

I purchased a hard disk enclosure by Mad Dog from CompUSA on 2/04/07 and promptly filled and submitted the rebate form. The item SKU: 332758. Promotion description: $10 BMMIR HD ENCL 3.5 U. Rebate amount $10. Below you'll find a confirmation that the rebate application was properly filed. The link for tracking the rebate, provided there, didn't work.

I sent a numerous email inquiries to find out why the rebate is not paid with no avail. I used all email addresses specified in the Web-site, namely [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]
