I purchased a hard disk enclosure by Mad Dog from CompUSA on 2/04/07 and promptly filled and submitted the rebate form. The item SKU: 332758. Promotion description: $10 BMMIR HD ENCL 3.5 U. Rebate amount $10. Below you'll find a confirmation that the rebate application was properly filed. The link for tracking the rebate, provided there, didn't work.
