I never had taken any classes through this university, I just wanted information. Five months later I get a bill for a class that I never had taken. I submited 2 dispute forms, contacted the states atorneys office in Michigan and Arizona, and contacted the collection agency and still have not gotten any ansers. When I call the University and give my name and personal information so that they can look me up in thier database, without fail I get hung up on.
