Easy Save Ripoff Who are these people and why did they charge me $14.95?

I have no idea who these people are. They took $14.95 out of my account. I never authorized it, or bought anything. It is the weekend and I get an answering machine when calling their number. It looks like I am going to get the runaround according to everyone else's responses on this same issue. How can they do that? Who are they? How did they get my money? How do I get it back?
