Ripoff Automatically ships monthly DVDs without permission causing consumer to pay return postage

I am quite internet-savvy and searched their site until I found an order form that had NONE of the agreement to join the monthly auto-ship club dialog. I did NOT agree to any auto shipment of any kind. When I called the company to complain, they just laughed and said that I would have to either pay the return shipping or for the new DVDs as they come automatically. We went around and around and finally got an agreement that they would remove us from the auto-ship list and credit our CC acccount when they received the unordered DVDs back. It took a couple of months, but they did credit our CC for the DVDs but made us pay the shipping. Millions of people paying at least $6.75 each for unordered and unwanted DVDs. Dirty pool!!!
