We paid freshstart 1,200 dollars to fix our problem with ocwen they gave us three days for a refund of 1,200 dollars but it was to 2 to 3 months before we knew what was going on. Freshstart pretty much screwed us out of 1,200 dollars.
We would like our 1,200 back they did not do a damn thing for us freshstart just made things worse with ocwen. We could of took that money and went ahead and sent it to ocwen for the mortgage.
