Davie Riley - Kalila Stewart ripoff violated section 8 of labor laws

Donata Janofsky/Dave Riley / and secretary Kalila Stewart work together to bring in college kids with no experience, promise them a solid opportunity where they can advance based on performance not senority, but you will find out that you will not get your pay for training ater your 3 weeks, you will be denied health benefits and the 2 weeks a year you were promised off, soon becomes non-existant. You are not paid for days off and any day off taken even for a legitimate reason is strongly discouraged against, and you will pay repercussions later. Ive seen people be denied the ability to interview (which is highly looked upon because it gives u the chance to build your team - the bigger and stronger the team - the more you advance - all because they took the day off for a funeral.

I also witnessed the manager Donata actually make fun of new people, and make sexual advances at me and some other males in our office. One day she was actually intimidating a new employee who was really nice and sweet. Also, in the state of CA companies need to reimburse mileage and also provide minimum wage - i heard she was under investigation for other things and these issues are being addressed. Apparently every friend she thinks she has — she ends up hurting them and they all turn against her - so just like in chicago and in baltimore she is no alone and lonely for the 3rd time. I think she inally realizes that moving to another state doesnt make her successul —she always end up being threatened with lawsuits and ruining her chances of making VP one day!
