I recently joined smc and emerchant. I called to ask a few questions about the web site that was free next thing i know I have a 1600.00 web site.
I said ok verbally on Thursday evening but sent a cancellation to them on Monday which they claimed to not have gotten (got the address from their tech support) sent another email Tuesday and followed up with a call. Wednesday called again got tech support and they resubmitted my emails to the exact same address this time I got confirm of receipt email on Thursday followed by a your site has been registered email.
At the beggining they said I would have to recieve all the paperwork and fill it out and send back before any work would start. Magically I got the paperwork priority mail after the cancellation request. I still have this not filled out paperwork.
So I was in review for my refund for 2 weeks at which time I recieved an email that they had cancelled everything but were not going to give me a refund. So now I have nothing and they have 1600.00 that was my last hope to generate some extra income now im broke. This cant be legal can it?
