This company promised to settle my credit card debts and reduce my debt income ratio by 40% - 60%. Their services required 3 initial payments of $747.14 and then 14 monthly service fee payments of $363.87.
As of 12/15/06, I have already pd them 6 payments. Their fee is automatically debited out of my checking acct. Every month. Now, six months later, Discover is suing me and Bank of America will soon follow the same course if I don't do something. I have tried contacting Credit Solutions numerous of times, but was told basically to help myself.
Now I am faced with legal fees, bad credit, and even more debt than I started out with when I first signed up Credit Solutions. This company is defrauding their customers by taking their money for their services, yet not providing the solutions promised.
Beware: Do NOT sign up with Credit Solutions. All they do is take your money, tell you lies and that everything will be okay.
After receiving a letter stating I was being sued and not receiving any kind of help from Credit Solutions, I've decided to take matters into my own hands.in less than a day, I was able to settle an agreement with one of my creditors... ON MY OWN.
I am filing a complaint against Credit Solutions in hopes of sparing others from this mistake.
