January 16th I searched through Google for a DVD called Ambient Fire. I found a company smartsavingscenter.com who sells it and placed and order. A few days later smartsavingscenter.com sent me an e-mail canceling my order for the DVD and I just accepted the e-mail.
Today Wednesday April 25 I notice a charge on my credit card from them for 9.99 from Delaware. I called them to find out what I ordered (knowing I didn't order anything) and they tell me that it is a membership fee for joining them.
First, I did not knowingly join them. Second, I would never join a service that I have to pay for to save money, except Samsclub.com. Thirdly, I was FISHED for this membership.
This company now has all my credit card information and Kathy Morgan refused to give me a physical address to send them a certified letter of cancellation. This company is clearly a SCAM if they won't answer questions like that.
If you can secure a physical address from this company smartsavingscenter.com I would appreciate it. And by all means let me know if you need my help.
This company is phishing and charging people without their knowledge. Stop them please!
