I applied back in August.in Feb. I was told (verbally) by MGR that I was turned down by the first agency. No letter every arrived. They said they would re-submit. Now, 3 months later, I was told I would recieve a e-mail of agencies for me to contact. The e-mail never arrived.
I spoke to someone today that said they do not write grants, they would never tell me over the phone the agency turned me down, that would come from the agency. He basicaly called me a liar when I gave him the run down of what has happened. He actually hung up on me. I left a voice mail, but they have never returned one yet.
I was told by MGR they write the grants and submit it. I would then recieve by mail a turn down or approval from an agency. After 3 letters or a year later, I could get my money back. Now I am being told that is not true, they do not write the grants, only send me a list for me to contact, which I have never seen. I "misunderstood" how this works.
