Ripoff took NCDL# and name of current bank

I recieved a postcard in the mail staing that i had been preselected to recieve federal grants. I called the agency and gave them inform ation including my address, name, d.O.B., name of bank, etc...

I was then transfered to another intake call reciever who explaned to me i had been approved for grants and had to pay there agencies fee of 299.97.

I told the repersenitave i would have to call back on a later date and was given the number, 866-316-7146. This is the second postcard i have recieved but the first time i've called
