To whom it may concern:
I received an advertisement inthe mail. I called the number on the card. They told me that they were going to charge me $300.00 to send me a list of governments programs (loans, grants, and etc) Which I was entitled to.
They asked for my bank account. They said the process would take three to four months. After two months they sent me a booklet to get more detailed information. I filled out the booklet and sent it back to them by priority mail as requested.
After almost three months, I tried to contact them. I tried all the phone numbers. All the numbers were disconnected.
