When i got my divorce in 200 a judgement was taken against me in 2001 from sears then it was supposively sold to lvnv funding, then the next year it was supposively sold to sherman acq. Now it is suppose to be sold to resurgent Cap. And it is all really sears trying to get their money after they have filed these accounts in a bankruptcy court back in 2001. And they are still trying to collect from people after they have filed bankruptcy on their accounts.
Now i have a zwicker and assoc. Collections hounding me. And i have gone to get a home loan and a judgement has shown up against me from sears back in 2000 and they wont give me the loan inless i pay off this judgement. Is there anything i can do about this?
