Res-com made fraudulent statements to me. These statements encouraged me to quit my job to complete the AABIE material by their specified time frame. Upon completion, they said I was hired as an employee, but never gave me work. I began a college course where I found out that the certification I received through AABIE was of no use in the state of TEXAS.
I then confirmed that with the Dept of Health. My attorney states that AABIE is owned in some fashion by Res-com, which they continually deny. When I tried to serve lawsuit papers to them, I found out they had no registered agent, which is illegal.
Once an agent had finally been recognized, they still would not recognize a pending lawsuit. No calls to my attorney, nothing. This is a very small detail of my dispute with them. When I tried to resolve this matter initially, I was called names and basically told where I could go! My case has gone to court, and I received a default judgement.
Good luck to the rest of you victimized by this smear on California business.
