AABIE, IABIE & RES-COM people, if any of you think you work for honest and legitimate organization. Then please respond in this forum. My friend has lost about $700 from recurring charges on his credit card from Res-Com for AABIE inappropriate charges for membership in an gip organization. My friend lives within driving distance of Sacramento. He has wanted to go to your office and come face-to-face with you all. However, you all have refused to give him your physical address. If he could get your physical address then he'd jump in his pick-up truck and put the hammer-down on his way to greet you.
My friend also has contacted the California Contractor's State License Board, 9821 Business Park Dr., Sacramento, CA 95827, tel 800-321-2752. My friend was promised a job with Res-Com as a mold inspector when he completed three AABIE courses.
How can Res-Com and AABIA give people jobs if they don't have a contractor's license? Isn't promising jobs one of the many practices Res-Com/AABIA was suppose to stop per violation problems investigated by the Better Business Bureau of Sacramento, 916-443-6843? Note at BBB, they presently have 69 reported complaints. Most of these complaints are about promising employment -OR - for taking people's money for highly questionable reasons and then not refunding it.
Regarding AABIE, the chief guy over there says he has a PHD in micro-biology. What university did he get that degree? What was his thesis on, %? Why on the AABIA website, when this guy signs his name on a certificate he doesn't put PHD behind it?
AABIE and Res-Com please stop hiding behind P.O. Box addresses. Please stop promising jobs at your company when you're mainly only interested in selling AABIE courses for $290 and then through sneaky convoluted terms pegging people's credit cards for fees that are totally not warranted.
AABIE come out into the open. AABIE is not a national organization, it has no chapters in Nevada nor New Mexico nor Oregon nor Washington nor Utah nor Texas nor Florida nor Idaho nor Colorado. Also, what kind of Chapter is the one Sacramento, Ca? What looks like and smells like Res-Com is Res-Com. When my friend finds out your address, and he will, I hope that he brings with news crews from CBS 60 minutes and ABC 20/20 and NBC's Dateline. It would be so rewarding to see you'll grilled.
