Stole 49.95 from my checking account with authorization ripoff North Carolina

My Secret Cash Card stole 49.95 from my checking account without authorization. Which cause my checking account to go into an overdraft. I spoke with this company and they claim I gave them permission to withdraw the money from my account. Those of you reading this and have had similar experience know that this is not true. They are Internet cash loan predators who look for people down on their luck and take advantage of them.
