Company harassed me by phone until i finally was pressured into sighning up for their "visa card". I was told $159.95 would be debited out of my account, and i would receive my card in approximately 7 days. I would have 30 days to cancel if i wanted to. After checking out the business more online because i made the guy give me address and phone #, I could not find an actual address for that company for visa, only the "collections offices". I notified my bank to stop payment for what was supposed to be "Colonial Alliance", but later found out that some company "indie plus visa" was depositing just 1 cent into my account every week, i keep transfering my funds out of checking so they cant take the $159.00, but it is causing me to have fees for "nsf". This has been going on well over 3 months, still have received a phone call from them, no visa card, no invoice, contract, confirmation, no call to find out why they are unable to debit my account, nothing. Still they are trying to dip into my account by depositing. 01 every few days.
