After receiving the days mails I was shocked by the mail from my bank. I had three consecutives overdraws from Friday to Monday! I didn't catch what was until mid-March. Something just wasn't right, I got another letter with another overdraw. I found out the culprit behind these overdraws was the company Shopping Essentials.
Unbeknown to me, in January they enrolled me in an auto-pay membership with in which I knew nothing about. That's when the rip off started.
I have contact them and have come in contact with the rudest customer service representives ever!!! This situation has worked an extreme hardship on me in many ways, and I hope writing this complaint regarding my shocking experience will serve them notice, you cshouldn't take advantage of people! Imagine if someone did what you did to you or any of your loved ones. How would you feel, violated, I'm for certain!
