Ripoff, dishonest claim check fraud when i dont use checks for shoneys

This is the 4th letter i've recieved like this (and you cant even write checks at shoneys):

ACTION ON THE ABOVE-CAPTIONED fraudulent check file has been suspended and transferred to the CRIMINAL COURT. The case is now CLOSED.

PROCEDURAL DUE PROCESS will be served to this address by CERTIFIED MAIL.
