I did not order The Grant Mentor. They billed me $4.95, then 2 weeks later $69.95. I called them and could not get a native English speaker. I asked Customer Service if they had an American working there I could speak to. He snapped, "No! There are NO Americans employed here."
I went through 3 calls, was hung up on twice, and when I told them I did NOT order or want the service, they said, "Yes, you did, and you're paying for it, we NEVER give refunds." Then started quoting the rules again.
This is a BAD company. They do not listen, make no exceptions, do not work with customers, would not allow me to speak to a manager (in fact, told me it would be useless to speak to some one higher up), and are extremely RUDE.
