October a series of fraudulent online transactions on my bank card. All were small amounts usually a "free trial" deal of some sort. I check my online bank statement almost daily, when I spotted these discrepancies I immediately called my bank and reported the activity.
I then call the 800 number of each company that had logged a transaction. Most were gracious and polite, stopped the shipments right away. UltraLife not only sent the 30 capsule ttial, 2 months later I received a full size bottle (mailed 1st class). My bank was charged $99.80.
This is a bit pricey for my buget, but I kept that order because it was doing what it promised. I wrote saying I really didn't want any more. Today another shipment arrived. I never actually visited their website, I have no idea how to email these guys, but I refuse to pay $99 again. This is a new experience for me. I'll tell my bank again not to honor this charge. I am returning the product unopened.
