Upon reading my ebill from my phone co. I found a miscellaneous charge that i had been paying for 2 years. When i called my phone co. They gave me a phone number to members edge... They were rude and not helpful at all although they credited my account for 2 months and found that i cancelloed them thru my phone co.
They say I registered for email and voice mail services... I only filled out info for a survey!!! They say i did it for free airline tix and a gift card both i never received. I have paid over 300.00 during the last 2 years for services i never knew i had, nor did i want, also i did not need these services... I feel i was takien advantage of and should get a full refund!!!
