Aggressive sales staff that misrepresents their product

I specifically asked the sales person if the ink cartridges they were selling were GENUINE HP & he stated that they were. I again asked if they were HP cartridges, not after market & was again assured that they were genuine cartridges. When the product arrived, it was after market cartridges that were INTENDED for use in an HP.

I have dealt with companies similar to this in the past & have found that their sales tactics are aggressive & that their products are NOT what they claim them to be.
