I ordered a LaCoste polo shirt on 11/29/06 and my credit card was charged $34.95 on 12/1/06. After placing an order I received an email stating that it would take 2-15 days to ship. After 15 days passed I sent an email inquiring about my order. The email was bounced back to me. I sent another email and it was also bounced back to me.
I then received another email about a month later from the company saying that it takes 17 business days to receive your order. A phone number was provided in this email so I called immediately providing my order number and stated that I have still not received my order. No one ever called me back.
It has now been over two months and I have still not received my order. I have sent 4 emails and called twice. Several emails have been bounced back to me and the phone number provided goes directly to voiclemail.
This company is a complete scam!!! Please beware of doing business with them.

1CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD
If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away.in this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge.in rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.
Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure theymake the consumer complaints. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
