They got me too... 14 months of billing me 9.99 without my knowledge. I'm so mad, the phone system they use conveniently hung up on me twice after not finding my "member number" and not recognizing my name when the computer asked me to spell it. It's only four letters, come on! Then, finally, a person came on the line... Of course you can't cancel online though you magically get signed up online. Of course you can't be refunded on the phone, you have to fax in a plea to some department that doesn't have phones or people that talk to "customers." I filed with the BBB, did anyone else? The worst part is feeling scammed all around... Buy.com sold us out (they're affiliated with the Great Fun scam and sign you up as one of those promotional offers you don't realize they've thrown in), Great Fun's business is deception, and when I called the credit card company they somehow knew the charge would be for 9.99 when I mentioned Great Fun and gave me Great Fun's number before I could even think to ask for it. The credit card rep was like, "Why are you disputing the charge? Didn't know you were being billed, huh?" So everyone knows about this and it continues... Come on. What a waste of life for everyone. And Great Fun is such an insult of a name! Grrrrr... 14 months of paying for nothing. The worst part is they have my credit card number and I know I can't trust them not to charge it in the future, even after they "cancelled" my so-called member subscription.
