I went to check on my checking account and was told there was a freeze on it. I couldn't understand why. The company also took one hundred dollars out of my account. I had spoken to a women named Cari. She said she would help me, as I told her I only receive Social Security. I was calling 4 sometimes 5 times a day. I also told her that I need to get my medications and she assured me, if I send a copy of my statement, proving that all I get is Social Security she would work with me. WE faxed it four times.
I never received a call back. I gave up trying. I inted to report this to my assemblyman. I also sent a report to the New York State Attorney General. I need my money, as that's all I live on. I was never notified about this freeze going into effect. I never heard of this company until that day when I spoke to the bank manager. I don't know what else to do.
