Like most people, it started with my ordering a CD for $1.97; then I saw a charge for $16.95 and $49.95 plus the origional $1.97.
Called to company to cancel membership and request a refund as I did not authorize these charges. Bottom line NO WAY, missed the cancellation deadline.

You can always call the Secretary of State (for any state) and find out the information on the principal officers for any company. This information is considered public records, and as such anyone have a right to obtain this information.
Also, you could look up the telephone number for these people on line.
