Rip-off, fruadulent billing, deceptive advertisement, no way to contact

I also have been scamed by the musicmembersarea.com. Someone told me they were happy with a file sharing system called e-mule. That is what I originaly googled. I guess these creeps pose as having somthing to do with e-mule and then they proceed to scam a person. The sharepro 360 is on my computer and I have not even tried to use it. I am too upset. Judging by the other testimonials on this web site, that would be a waste of time. I have only tried to return the product and get my money back, with no luck contacting them of course, they don't want to be contacted.

The web site offered what I thought was e-mule (it is designed to make you think that) for 99 cents a month for a period of two years. What it did was immediatly charge my bank account for $23.76 plus $14.95 for some software I didn't order, another $9.95 for some other thing I didn't order, ect. For a total of $60.54. Just like that other guy who has a report on your web site right now.

Even if themusicmembersarea.com was ligitament (which it is not) it would be highly unethical to advertise a 99 cent per month offer and then charge the entire two year amount at once. Selling me somthing I did not order and raping my bank is criminal. I don't even think I recieved anything additional. I don't see it on my computer. It is an out and out lie, which of course is irrelevant, as I did not order anything additional in the first place.

I see alot of other people reporting this scam site as well as others and wondering what the solution is to these internet criminals. The solution is simple, a criminal is a criminal, hiding in cyber space does not mke it ok. The people responsible should be arrested, prosecuted, and if convicted spend very long prison sentences. We should pressure our law enforcement agencys to act. Pressure the attorney generals office to act.

Many times I have heard people say the internet is a wild and wooly place. People compare it to the old west, lawless, and next to impossible to police. I think this is very true. So what was the solution in the old west to horse theives, cattle rusters, and bandits? BUT OF COURSE, THE HANGMENS NOOSE. Thats what it's going to take to clean up the internet. I understand some of these criminals may be in foreign countries. That might be a good thing. Maybe countries where they are not afraid to use capital punishment.
