Asset Acceptance LLC has called and harrassed me for over a year and now have sent a letter wanting over $1000 for a 1989 debt of I believe was less than $300. It was a Bally Holiday Spa membership I paid for till I was transferred where there was no spa. Are they jacking it over a grand to get a judgement, and what about the statute of limitations?
