I am writing this report because i to have been ripped off by prism of largo florida. I have spoke to a mauri who signed me up and a mary at 866-385-1245 to discontinue the 49.95 deductions from my account and i also inquired do i have to send it in writing a second time and was told no. An apology was given and i was promised gas vouchers for the inconvenience which i have not recieved. This last withdrawal dated 11/29/06 was paid by my bank which affected my account making an overdraft which i never do. And i don't know how to stop this action. As i write this disclaimer against prism of key largo about their fraudulent billing on this day 01/06/07 i will contact them once again.
Thye dishonestly obtain your inforamtion giving you the option to review it and send in writing whether or not you want their services whether or not you do or you don't they take your money. They also have an automative system that will tell you you have cancelled you account an no more monies will come from you account by pressing 6 and the deduction are still taken please help me i can't afford for this to continue.
