On November, 30, I purchased a money order in the amount of 42.00 for what I beleived was a legitimate at home buissiness Freedom Marketing. When the materials did not come right away I figured by it being the holiday's maybe the mail was backed up and 10 days.
I Then I sent them an email with no reply. I sent several more after that. I did not get any replies to any of those either. I searched internet explorer to see if maybe they had a new address. That's when I seen usacomplaints.com.
I started to file a report of my own then. I even went as far as to register my account with usacomplaints.com then. After reading a couple of other reports from victims of this scam I have to admit that in this day and age with all of the identity theft and other scams I was embarrassed.
Well I just came across my reciept for the money order I purchased for Freedom Marketing. I called to see if the money order had been cashed. It had been cashed on the 20th of November. To hear that really upset me so decided to swallow my pride and try to help others not be taken in by these people.
After reading more about this scam and reading the rebutal from his ex I am even more upset! I don't know if I am allowed to say this or if it will be posted but I need to get it off my chest! When her ex was ripping everyone else off she didn't come forward then! Now that it is happening to her she's stepping forward! How noble!
