E Pro Auction offered free trial membership to assist w / ebay selling. I cancelled the membership w/in the allotted time and clearly stated I wasn't interested. An unauthorized charge of $49.95 was taken from my bank acct. I called in person to cancel, spoke w / agent RJ Lopez id # 05041483 who issued a cancellation # and refund #, still no refund; called back and spoke w / agentJackie id # 0504988, still no re-fund, spoke w / mgr Prizer Redfield id # 4577, stated he would NOT be issuing a refund at all!
