We purchased this downloadsite and it hasn't worked since purchased. We are unable to get into it at all. I have been charged a total of $61.22 for this site. We can't get any responce to these people at all yet. There have been 3 different charges from this "company"- $19.88, $17.88 charged on 12/28/06, and a total charge of $23.46 at the beginning of the month. So other than us being charged for the same service 3 times, all the totals are different and we still have not been able to access this service.
