Ordered a piece over a month ago, paid for, and still nothing in the mail

I ordered a $50 piece for my best friend's 21st birthday on 11/21/06. I received an email on 11/24/06 stating that the piece had been mailed.

I still have not received the piece that I ordered nor the two free ones that the website promises with a $50 purchase.

I have emailed the company on several occasions and have received no reply. I also called a number that someone had posted on here, but it was disconnected.

Any help, be it from others who were taken advantage of or lawyers, would be greatly appreciated.
