Only Want to Collect Over The Phone ripoff

I finally spoke to a decent person at this business; most are very rude. The lady set up a payment plan for me. They sent out a letter will the payment coupn, that included a wesite so payment could be made online. I tried to log on using the access code in the letter, and it was not accepted. There was a number to call with any problems. I called and was told that my access was blocked, but my payment could be made over the phone. I told them I didn't want to pay over the phone, I wanted to pay online, and hung up. What is up with that!
