I found out about this rip off from jobs.com posting
they put a positon for at home clerical work which i faxed my resume to them (call me at work 817-336-0521) and i will give you that fax number.
I then went online and paid by check over the internet 29.99 they sent me a bogus id # nf76111 and told me i would recieve my listing for jobs in 3-5 days that was may 30 and they cashed my check. And sent nothing.
I would like to know the procedure of how to file a law suit and i would like to get more info from other in my state or any other state and get the media involved. I want to sue them for more then 29.99 i am going to go for 1 million this will teach them to play with others hard earned money even if it is 29.99.
Oh and yes i did alert jobs.com that they were letting a scam artist post jobs and they never responded back i would like to sue them as well.
You see i am sick of these people getting rich off the poor so not it is time for pay back. Tell me what to do
